FAQ

I've already gone to another trainer for puppy kindergarten but I'm still having problems. Can you help? Many of the families I've worked with went to group classes or worked with trainers in the past and they didn't get all their goals reached either because the classes were too hectic or crowded, or they didn't get enough attention from the trainer, or the trainer didn't know how to resolve some common unwanted behaviors. In our training programs, we can work so much faster and better because the sessions are one-on-one and we can deal with the specific behavior problems immediately where they’re occurring.
-
Should the entire family be present for lessons? It's not necessary but it's helpful for everyone to get all the information at the same time.
-
Why do you come to my home?Coming to your home will allow us to work one-on-one instead of being in a group class. Home is where the dog will spend most of his time and that’s where a lot of the problem behaviors occur, so it’s best to train there. You have my undivided attention and can ask as many questions as you need. The program will fit your schedule instead of you trying to fit your life into one certain class time.
-
Will you keep me updated about what is going on with my pets and my home while we are away?Following each visit, you will receive a detailed feedback email explaining what took place during the visit.
-
Can I trust you to truly care for my pets the way that I would? We are licensed, bonded, and insured. All sitters have access to client information to perform the visits, which allows to know your pets preferences, health concerns, and routines!
-
Will I be able to book a service if I have a last-minute issue arise?Yes, absolutely. You can book visits through our pet sitting software. Note, there is a $10 fee for requests made with less than 24 hours notice.
-
Will the pet sitter take my pet to the vet if my pet becomes ill?Yes. However, we will make every effort to contact the client first to see what their wishes are.
-
Will I always have the same pet sitter and/or dog walker? No. While we will try to have one main pet sitter or dog walker visit your pet(s), we work as a team and have at least one backup sitter for each client. The advantage of working with us is if one of our employees is sick or has a day off, another employee can fill in. At the meet and greet you will meet the main sitter/walker and perhaps the backup person as well.
